I met Jeff Starkman back in 2017 when I was shopping around for a boat in Florida.  I visited several boat dealers at that time because I was not sure what kind of boat I wanted or needed for boating on the Gulf.  All my previous experience with boating was up north on fresh water.  When I meet Jeff at Bonita Boat Center he was the Sales Manager.  I explained what I was looking for and Jeff did an outstanding job selecting a great boat equipped with the necessary options which meet all my needs and then some.  I want to be clear as I trusted Jeff and purchased the new boat from Jeff Starkman, not, necessarily BBC.  The delivery of the new boat was exclusively handled by Jeff including full instruction and follow-up many weeks after delivery.  Jeff takes care of his customers and always responds back when called.  Fast forward 4 years later, I call Jeff and ask him what he thinks my boat is worth as I am looking to now move to a larger boat.  To my surprise Jeff left BBC and has now started his own business brokering boat sales. Within 6 hours after doing some research, he gave be pricing from high value to the lowest number I should accept.  His knowledge in boats is excellent.  I felt very safe letting Jeff handle the sale of my boat.  He did all the leg work in getting photos posted and advertising.  Within 5 days Jeff had several very good offers on my boat and trailer that were more then acceptable to me.  He handled the entire process including delivery to the new owners outside the Naples area.  The deal was completed in less then 2 weeks and I had the money for my boat in my account.  Jeff also helped me spec my new boat and used his knowledge and contacts in the local market to get me again the right boat to now fit my needs and good pricing on a new boat from one of the local dealers.  Once again, Jeff did not only broker my boat sale but also took his time to make sure my current boat needs were fulfilled to my expectations.  Jeff’s boat knowledge and customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend Jeff Starkman to broker the sale of any boat you are looking to sell.  Jeff is ***** FIVE STARS!

hi - recently had a positive experience working with Jeff starkman at rpm boat sales.I was looking to purchase a center console boat in Naples Florida it I am living in California,I contacted Jeff and he was able to contact the seller of the boat and arrange a time to view the boat at which time Jeff did a full walk thru if the boat with me via FaceTime.after that Jeff gave me his honest opinion of the boat and I decided to move forward with the purchase on Jeff's recommendation,he was the able to negotiate a much lower price for me than the seller was asking,after agreeing on a price Jeff was able to get a mechanic to do a full inspection on the boat and motor and also take the boat for a sea trial for which Jeff was present and kept me updated via FaceTime .after all inspections and sea trial was completed and Jeff's opinion that the boat was in excellent condition we agreed on the deal .Jeff was then able to collect all of the necessary paperwork that was required for the boat to leave florida and be registered in California.after all paperwork was complete Jeff was keeping me updated every day and even meet with the transporter to make sure the boat was safety on the trailer and on its way to California,the boat arrived 3 days later and was exactly as Jeff had described to me and I could not be happier with how it all turned out.I found Jeff to be honest,reliable and a great communicator and I would recommend him to anybody Oozing to purchase a boat.

On October 12th I contacted Jeff inquiring about selling my 2017 Key West 1520 with 70hp Yamaha motor. He asked several questions and asked for pictures. Boat included many options. Within 2 hrs I received a call back stating he would like to broker the boat and I agreed.  He asked me to send him copies of several documents And told me he would take care of all paperwork. We discussed the process and his fee. We both agreed and I thought he was more than fair. He always kept me informed and answered my inquiries in a timely manner. Within 2 days he had a potential buyer. He negotiated the sale price and we came to an equitable agreement for both of us. The buyer and I then spoke about seeing the boat and pickup. We made arrangements and the buyer came to my location. The buyer came to me the next day with all the paperwork Jeff prepared. He loved the boat and that was it. The entire process took 6 days, from my original call to the pickup of the boat. There was never confusion or questions about the sale. Jeff handled everything from contacts, paperwork, negotiations and pickup arrangements. I would highly recommend Jeff to broker your boat.

I recently purchased a Nauticstar 243dc from Jeff at RPM. Only problem was I was in Alabama and the boats was in Naples. Jeff was my eyes and ears through the whole process made it effortless for me. Always checked in to let me know where we stood on the process very informative and transparent. When it was time to take possession of the boat Jeff scheduled a Sea test with a mechanic that was also very knowledgeable and experienced. We went through the whole boat ran it and Jeff made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Thanks Jeff and the RPM staff for helping with the purchase 10/10 highly recommended.

This was my second transaction with Jeff. I had purchased my boat from him 4 years ago and was already very happy with him and his great service.
This time Jeff sold my boat for me quickly and stress free. He found a buyer in Alabama who purchased the boat site unseen and on Jeff’s word and pictures. Jeff also made special accommodations for me so that I was able to use the boat until it got closer to my new boat coming in.

Kudos to Jeff Starkman!  He’s worthy of my praise, trust and gratitude.  I initially contacted Jeff in response to an ad on the Boat Trader website for a 2018 Nautic Star 243 DC.  Before I was ready to commit and make a firm offer, the boat was sold.  A day or two later I received a call from Jeff informing me that an identical boat with only 40 hours had just come on the market.  Jeff said that if I were interested, he would personally go and checkout the boat and do a live Facetime video so that I could see it for myself.  After hearing Jeff’s detailed description and viewing the video, I made an offer (below asking price) on the boat.  My offer was accepted and Jeff worked out all the details, without me having to drive 2 hours from Sarasota to Naples.  He also sold the trailer, which I didn’t need but was included in the sale of the boat.  Jeff arranged for delivery of the Nautic Star from its bunk at Bonita Springs Marina to the lift behind my home in Sarasota.  The boat turned out to be immaculate, just as Jeff described.  From start to finish, Jeff Starkman has been has taken care of every detail and kept me informed along the way.  Jeff obviously takes great pride in his work and great care of his clients.
